REBUILT
Where is REBUILT located?
REBUILT is at 21739 South Center Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451. One facility, three services, all under one roof.
How do I get in touch?
Call (815) 374-0930 or email info@rebuilthq.com. You can also book directly through each service page.
REBUILT Strength + Rehab
Do you take my insurance?
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. We verify your benefits before your first visit so you know what your appointments will cost. If you have a different carrier, we still see patients on a cash basis and provide a superbill for self-submission.
How long is my first visit?
One hour. Assessment and treatment in the same room, the same day. No 5-minute appointments and no upsells.
What's the difference between chiropractic care and physical therapy?
Dr. Richmond is a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training in manual care, chiropractic adjustment, sports rehab, and movement-based exercise. REBUILT blends all of those into a single approach. We are not a physical therapy clinic, but the work spans hands-on treatment, rehab programming, and progressive strength work tailored to your assessment.
What conditions do you treat?
Neck pain, headaches, shoulder injuries, low back pain, sciatica, herniated disc, hip and knee pain, ACL rehab, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, sports injuries, and return-to-play work, among others. See the full list on the Rehab page.
REBUILT Performance
What ages and levels do you train?
Athletes ages 8 to 12 in our Youth Development program. Athletes 13 and up in our Athlete Performance program. Middle school through college and professional levels.
What sports do you specialize in?
All sports. Football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, softball, track, and more. Each athlete's program is built around the specific demands of their sport.
How is REBUILT Performance different from a regular gym?
We measure everything and track it. Using Hawkin Dynamics force plates, VALD SmartSpeed gates, and OVR velocity tracking — the same technology used by top collegiate and professional programs — we turn training into data you can see and progress you can prove. A regular gym sells access. REBUILT delivers measurable development.
How often should I train?
In-season, one to two sessions per week to maintain strength and reduce injury risk. Out-of-season, three to four sessions per week is where real development happens.
REBUILT Pilates
Do I need Pilates experience to start?
No. REBUILT Pilates welcomes everyone from first-timers to advanced practitioners. Our instructors are seasoned and pay close attention to how each person moves, so you'll get real cues and corrections regardless of where you start.
What's the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses the reformer machine — springs, ropes, and a sliding platform — to create resistance and feedback you can't replicate on the floor. Mat Pilates uses bodyweight, balls, and bands on a mat. Both build strength and control; the reformer offers more variability and tactile feedback.
What's the intro special?
3 classes for $75. The best way to try REBUILT Pilates without committing to a membership. Come in, take three classes, see if it fits.
How big are the classes?
The studio is built around six reformers, so classes are capped at six clients. Small groups by design — you get attention, cues, and real corrections every session.
